Pull out rare cards, graded cards, promotional cards, high rarity variants, sealed products and complete sets before ordinary bulk is reviewed.

Do not price cards by character name alone. Set, card number, rarity, artwork, language and printing can materially change value.

Photograph corners, edges, surface, bends, creases, whitening and other defects. Near Mint should not be judged from the front only.

For graded cards, show the label and grade. For sealed products, show shrink wrap, box corners, factory seals and any storage damage.

For binders, store inventory or large bulk lots, provide approximate quantities and location so review and pickup planning can be organized efficiently.
